Water Resources Management
Integrated water resources assessment, planning, engineering advisory and digital monitoring to support reliable services, resilient infrastructure and informed water-management decisions.
From water-resource evidence to resilient decisions.
Daira Sabz Group helps public authorities, development partners and businesses understand, protect and manage water resources. We combine hydrogeology, hydrology, environmental assessment, engineering advisory and geospatial analysis to connect field evidence with practical choices for water supply, resource protection and long-term planning.

Integrated water services
- Groundwater and hydrogeology: Well and spring inventories, hydrogeological mapping, groundwater-level monitoring, pumping-test design and interpretation, source assessment and groundwater-protection planning.
- Surface water and catchments: Catchment and water-balance assessment, rainfall–runoff and river-flow analysis, sediment considerations and appraisal of seasonal supply reliability.
- Flood, drought and climate resilience: Hazard and exposure mapping, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, drainage review, adaptation options and requirements for early warning and response.
- Irrigation and ecosystems: Water-demand assessment, irrigation-efficiency advisory, water-user engagement, catchment restoration and assessment of environmental flow needs.
- Water quality, wastewater and reuse: Sampling plans, field measurements and coordinated laboratory analysis; pollution-risk assessment, wastewater options and water-related environmental safeguards.
- Infrastructure, mining and industrial water: Feasibility studies and technical review of sources, pumping, storage, distribution and treatment; site water balances, reuse options, specifications, BOQs and supervision within the agreed scope.
- Smart metering and digital monitoring: Well registers, flow meters, data logging, telemetry and Groundwater Metering Information Systems (GMIS), with data-quality checks, dashboards, commissioning and user training.
Assess. Compare options. Advise. Monitor.
We define the decision needs, available data and site constraints, then develop a proportionate investigation and workplan. Field evidence informs resource and risk assessments, options appraisal and technical recommendations. Monitoring and handover arrangements are designed around operator capacity, maintenance access and the local context. Specialist qualifications and approvals are confirmed for the agreed professional scope.
Technical evidence that supports practical management
Our approach connects water availability and quality with demand, infrastructure performance, ecosystems and the needs of existing users. Digital tools support this understanding: a flow meter measures abstraction, while sustainable allocation also requires hydrogeological and groundwater-level evidence. Assumptions, uncertainty and data gaps are explained so clients can assess their options clearly.
