From climate evidence to implementation priorities
We start with your decision, location, sector and planning horizon. Climate scenarios, field evidence and stakeholder perspectives inform the assessment; assumptions and uncertainties remain explicit. We then compare options for feasibility, cost, environmental and social implications, and implementation capacity. Applicable policy, reporting and funding requirements are addressed within each agreed assignment.
Clear outputs for decisions and delivery
Depending on the assignment, outputs may include a climate-risk assessment, vulnerability maps, an adaptation or mitigation roadmap, a climate-finance concept or proposal, an MRV framework, digital decision tools and training materials. Recommendations set out priorities, responsibilities and indicators to support implementation and learning.

- Baghdara Hydropower Project — ESIA — Environmental and social assessment for MJAM, including baseline studies, climate and disaster-risk assessment and management planning.
- PEARL–ABADEI: climate-smart agriculture training — For NCA: manuals developed in English and translated into Dari and Pashto; 105 ToT participants and 355 farmers across 16 districts.
- FAO: climate-smart agriculture training of trainers — Training for AFSeN and its stakeholders in Kabul, with learning materials, pre/post assessment and recommendations.
